Our first completed system installation for 2022 takes Kernic Systems to an industry leading label manufacturer in Ohio.

For this project, Kernic added a centralized trim extraction system utilizing an existing baling setup to handle their waste material. The customer selected a negative vacuum centralized trim extraction system to replace localized stand alone trim systems servicing there automated die cutting machines

Pairing with the negative vacuum design is a rotary airlock separator that has a low power consumption and is incredibly efficient in material separation, increasing the effectiveness of their material recovery system.

The Kernic team ensured the system is compliant with all industry and relevant NFPA safety standards. The installation team now moves onto Northern Ohio to start a large new scrap extraction system for a paper tray manufacturer.
