Corrugated Shredders for Large Volume Corrugated Operations
Kernic Systems offers corrugated shredders to manage the high-volume and diverse waste generated by your corrugated operation. The PHS and PHSH shredders from Hocker Polytechnik are the perfect solution to handle peel, sheet, and core waste. The PHS shredding system is regularly integrated into Zero-Defect Shred systems to automate the waste generated during the corrugated board production process.
These shredders are easily adapted to air conveying systems and can also be used with standard conveyor feeds as well (PHS only). By integrating these units into your existing scrap removal systems, you can take your material recovery process to the next level.

HIGH THROUGHPUT
Depending on the size of your combination shredder and the material being shredded, the maximum throughput is up to 17,000 lbs. per hour of material.
