Hocker Dedusting
The Kernic Systems team is wrapping up the final phase of a new Höcker Polytechnik GmbH dedusting system before the holiday break!
Our install team is hard at work completing a 62,000cfm dedusting solution to service a customer’s GOPFERT HBL Rotary Die Cutter and EVOL 115 Flexo Folder Gluer. This large-scale dedusting system has over 800 feet of large-diameter galvanized duct lines already pre-laid during the first phase of this installation. This dedusting solution also utilizes negative pressure dust collection, which reduces ambient dust leakage in their plant by ‘pulling’ the dust through the ducting instead of ‘pushing’ it, keeping the customers’ machinery and their plant floor clear of dust.
Along with the negative pressure collection, the MultiStar filter idles unnecessary fans when not in use, operating with reduced power consumption when able, saving the customer money on energy costs.
Nothing like wrapping up an install in beautiful California right before the holidays! Our installation road warriors are looking forward to some well deserved R&R over the holiday break.
