Multiple Installations Underway

Busy week for the Kernic Systems installation teams!

Out in Western Canada, a Kernic crew is installing the first phase of a large trim system expansion for a flexible film manufacturer. The system design includes a Höcker Polytechnik GmbH PMA Series Rotary Airlock Separator and Camfil Air Pollution Control Dust Collector.

Our second installation team is down in southern Pennsylvania where a new Kernic Systems & Hocker Polytechnik ‘Zero Defect’ Shredding System will be added to a new Corrugator line. The 100hp. rooftop scrap fan will convey shredded material across the roof 500′ to an existing cyclone system.

Our last install this week takes us up to Maine where our senior technician is overseeing the installation and start-up of a new WEIMA America, Inc. Dump & Run Shredding System for a large printing operation.
