Dual Installs Underway with Hocker Polytechnik Equipment
This week, the Kernic install teams are underway at two new installations, one in Phoenix, the other in the Pacific Northwest.
In Phoenix, the crew is facilitating a scrap system upgrade for a corrugated box plant. Along with a new Höcker Polytechnik GmbH material separator, the upgrade includes new material handling fans, improved ductwork, and a new master control panel to manage the centralized scrap system.
In the Pacific Northwest, the team is on the ground as part of the initial install phase for a new turn-key scrap system at a new greenfield corrugated sheet feeder plant. This install will consist of a new Hocker negative-pressure material separator and dust collector, Maren auto-tie extrusion baler, BloApCo sheet shredder, integrated master control panel, and all of the required safety and compliance equipment.
Management stopped by this week to check in with the customer and the install team in the PNW, and are very pleased with what is shaping up to be another tidy and professional install.
